By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection, funding, participation, or continued engagement in the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP). I further acknowledge that all decisions made by the EIP selection committee and its partners are final, non-contestable, and not subject to explanation or appeal.

Ownership & Intellectual Property
I acknowledge that EIP 2026, the Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF), and Entrepreneurship Village (E-Village) jointly own and operate the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP), including all branding, concepts, materials, curriculum, tools, frameworks, and intellectual property shared during the program. I agree that any resources provided, whether physical, digital, written, or recorded are solely for personal and educational purposes and may not be redistributed, commercialized, modified, or used for any unauthorized training or business activities without written consent.

I understand that all materials submitted during the application or participation period, including business plans, testimonials, video content, interviews, and images may be reviewed, stored, and utilized for program administration, internal evaluation, and marketing purposes.

Media Release & Publicity Consent
By participating in the EIP program, I voluntarily grant EIP, GEF, and E-Village the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, and distribute my name, likeness, business name, testimonials, photos, videos, interviews, and story across all media platforms globally and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve any final usage and understand that no compensation shall be due.

I also acknowledge that any media captured (including photos, recordings, presentations, and digital submissions) during the program becomes the exclusive intellectual property of EIP, GEF, and E-Village.

Funding & Investment Terms
I acknowledge that any financial investment, grant, or award offered through the EIP program will be managed solely by Entrepreneurship Village and is subject to internal timelines, due diligence, verification processes, and disbursement policies. Funds may be disbursed in phases over a period ranging from six (6) to thirty-six (36) months from the date of public announcement or internal approval and may be delayed or withdrawn based on organizational discretion.

All funding and non-cash benefits are conditional and may be withheld, modified, delayed, or revoked if:

I fail to comply with program expectations, I misrepresent information or breach confidentiality, I divert resources from their approved use, My conduct or business violates local, international, ethical, or program standards.

Participation in training, mentorship, or pitching sessions does not constitute or imply endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed funding from EIP, GEF, E-Village, or any associated individuals, mentors, or investors.

Program Completion Confirmation
I acknowledge and agree that my full participation in all required program activities, attendance at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival in November, and physical presence to receive my Certificate of Participation at GEF 2025 shall serve as final and irrevocable confirmation that I have successfully completed the Entrepreneurs Investment Program (EIP). No digital, third-party, or substitute verification shall replace this condition unless officially approved in writing by the EIP Program Office.

Code of Conduct & Ethical Standards
I agree to conduct myself with integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout the program. I understand that harassment, discrimination, cyberbullying, abuse, or any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or operations of the program may result in my immediate removal without explanation or compensation.

I further understand that my actions reflect on the reputation of the program and agree to represent EIP, GEF, and E-Village in a manner aligned with their global mission and values.

Confidentiality & Third-Party Engagement
I agree not to disclose, replicate, or misuse any proprietary, confidential, or strategic information shared by EIP organizers, mentors, partners, or fellow participants. This obligation extends beyond the duration of the program.

I understand that the EIP program may engage third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Forms, learning management systems), and I accept the terms, limitations, and risks associated with such platforms. EIP, GEF, and E-Village are not responsible for any service disruptions, data loss, or misuse arising from these platforms.

Non-Entitlement & Independent Participation
I acknowledge that I am participating as an independent applicant or founder and not as a representative of any third party. I understand that no entitlement, expectation, or guarantee of future collaboration, funding, exposure, or benefits exists beyond the specific terms communicated during the program.

Force Majeure
I understand that EIP, GEF, and E-Village shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, war, legal restrictions, or political unrest. In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, adjust, restructure, or cancel any portion of the program without liability.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this program shall first be addressed through mediation and, if unresolved, shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. For international participants, participation signifies consent to this jurisdiction and governing law.

Final Acknowledgement
I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and legally eligible to participate in the EIP program. I understand that all information I provide will be stored securely and may be shared only with authorized stakeholders or under legal obligation.

By completing and submitting this application, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined above. I voluntarily waive any current or future claims against EIP, GEF, E-Village, their staff, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, and I release them from all liability related to my participation in the program or any associated activities.
