Compliance
Compliance involves adhering to the E-Village Annex’s policies, ensuring payments, data usage, and business interactions align with stated terms. Members must follow the non-refund and privacy guidelines while conducting collaborations responsibly. The Annex reserves the right to disclaim liability for non-compliance or disputes among members.

Code of Conduct

• Respect: Treat all members, staff, and visitors with respect and professionalism.
• Shared Spaces: Keep shared spaces clean and free from personal belongings after use.
• Noise Levels: Maintain a professional environment by keeping noise levels low at all times.
• Security: Ensure that doors are securely closed when entering or leaving the premises and theft is regarded as a security breech.
• Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, harassment, and any disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Conflict Resolution: Report any conflicts to the management team for prompt resolution. Do not take laws into your hands at any point in time.

Rules and Regulations

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance to access the services.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of a billing cycle.
• Access to the premises is allowed during business hours (Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 6pm) unless otherwise specified.
• Personal items are the responsibility of users; E-Village Annex is not liable for lost or stolen property.
• Businesses must adhere to all health, environment, and safety guidelines.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

• This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Prestigious Entrepreneurship Village (“E-Village Annex”) and Business / Co-users (“User”):
• Confidential Information: Recipient agrees to keep all business, financial, operational, and other confidential information disclosed by Discloser strictly confidential.
• Permitted Use: Confidential Information will only be used for purposes related to the services provided by E-Village Annex.
• Non-Disclosure: Recipient shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Discloser.
• Term: This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the engagement.
• Breach: Any breach of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of engagement and possible legal action.

Non-refund Policy
All payments made for E-Village Annex services, including co-working memberships, virtual office services, and event bookings, are final and non-refundable. Fees for upgrades must be paid in full, and any downgrades will take effect in the next billing cycle without refunds for unused portions. Rescheduling event bookings must be requested at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability.

Refunds are considered only in cases of double payments or clerical errors, with requests submitted within 14 days of payment. By making any payment, members acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Default Policy

The unauthorized use of the office address without a valid and up-to-date membership constitutes a breach of corporate governance and may be deemed fraudulent. Such actions will be subject to appropriate legal and administrative measures. Additionally, the business involved may be publicly disclosed on social media and reported on relevant platforms in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Community Policy

E-Village Annex fosters a collaborative environment where businesses can interact and engage in official collaborations. While we encourage partnerships and networking, members are solely responsible for ensuring the integrity and outcomes of their business interactions. All collaborations are conducted at the discretion of the involved parties, and E-Village Annex does not mediate or enforce any agreements made between members.

The E-Village Annex disclaims any liability for disputes, losses, or damages arising from member collaborations. By using our facilities, members agree to indemnify E-Village Annex and by extention the Prestigious Entrepreneurship Village from claims or liabilities associated with their business engagements or partnerships within the community.

Disclaimer

E-Village Annex provides co-working and virtual office services “as is” without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain a professional and secure environment, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or interruption of services due to unforeseen circumstances. By using our facilities and services, members agree to indemnify and hold E-Village Annex harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the space.

I confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the E-Village Annex, including its code of conduct, payment policies, and cancellation guidelines. I understand that violation of these terms may result in the termination of services.
